The walking deck is 26.5 inches long and it is not really suitable for fast jogging or running.
So this treadmill is ideal if you are looking for a very basic, low cost machine for walking. It is self-powered, with no motor. The “computer” is a simple device that will track distance, calories, and speed, and that’s it.
An annoying thing about the product is that the manual is in Chinese. It is very odd because the titles and warnings are translated into English but not the rest of it. The pictures in the manual are very small, so don’t attempt assembly unless you have a magnifying glass. Go slowly and you should be able to do it though.
